My son shot his first big game animal - a cow elk at 450 yards!

I had a gang of best friends with me so we got the shot on video as well as plenty of other pics and videos. I’d like to make something for him that he can have and remember forever.

How can I go about putting something cool together for him? I’ve used iMovie before but wondering if there is something out there that you folks recommend. Thanks in advance!

I personally use Premiere Pro for video editing, but iMovie will also get it done. Lots of good resources on YouTube to learn. Congrats on the successful hunt!

find a video production you like...and someone in a local college design or multimedia class and give him $20 and a 30 pack of Keystone Light.

The thing that makes some of the most interesting hunting productions are B Roll. Without it, you can just as well put all the clips together and just cut it up accordingly. If it's for you...saving the video is the important part. If it's for the world to appreciate...watch what others have made and become self taught

Hey man, Capcut has a free app or website that isn't full production level editing. It'll give you more options than standard desktop applications, but not as complicated as Premier. I've been playing around with video editing for the last year. "north.shore.outdoors" on Instagram.

If you get stuck or are having a hard time with it, I would be happy to edit something up for you. Would just need the videos on a joint Google Drive or something. Just give me a shout (y)
