Just got back from a deployment in the middle east, my taxidermy was stored at my father in-laws. One whitetail shoulder mount seems to be slipping fairly bad. My question is can the mount be redone on the same form and scultping or will it need to be totally re-done, new form, Cape, sculpting...

You will need a new cape, which can be obtained by your taxidermist. The form and eyes should be reusable.

Kind of a similar question, I had a muley pack mount done, and after living with it, and comparing it to field pics, it looks like the taxi didn't use a large enough form and/or didn't apply enough sculpting clay. I'm happy with the cape, and how it looks, but if I wanted to get a larger form/more clay added, does it require an entirely new cape?

If it's slipping and mounted for a while ,chances are you got beetles or moths eating it. Alot of folks don't spray their houses for bugs. And bring in dead heads or only salt turkey fans or keep items like grain or seeds in the garage which brings in those critters.
