Congratulations ! my mom and stepsister are both ARNP's and they do very well and don't even look for better jobs , they come knocking. HCA just threw a bunch of money and great hours to my stepsister to get her to join them. My mom "retired" and picked up a 15-20 hr a week job that's paying her close to $80,000 this year for reviewing child abuse cases and doing a few exams. It's a great field to be in as the demand is growing and the responsabilities increasing with the shortage of primary care physicians.
