I’m looking at getting a 300 wm tikka. Was going to get t3x lite roughtech ember, but now seeing on eurooptic the t3x superlite option. It’s a crappy pic on their site of the coyote cerakoted one and I can’t seem to find my pics of info of this gun anywhere else? Didn’t know if it’s an exclusive? Also doesn’t state barrel threads. Assuming it’s 5/8x24?

Anyone have any experience with this gun or info? They list it 1 lb lighter as well but not sure if that is correct? Any help or info is appreciated! Little hesitant to buy without being able to see or get any other info!

From researching it a bit the threads are euro M15x1 which is better than either 1/2x28 or 9/16 but just slightly less than 5/8. They come with an adapter for 5/8x24 which probably adds 1/2 to the length.

Saw this post as I was trying to figure out the same thing. As @jamesmc8 mentioned, the eurooptic rep told me he believed they were 15x1 but was going to reach out to his tikka rep to confirm.

I just measured the adapter, it adds about 3/4" and looks a little funny with a 5/8x24 brake.

Did Eurooptic confirm the threading?

Anyone get their hands on one? Curious if they are actually as light as stated on Europtic (5.8-6lbs -ish). The roughtech superlite model still isn't listed on tikkas website

I've got about 300 rounds through mine. Great rifle so far.
I have wanted a Seekins Element for a long time but it seems like one of these would be a similar weight, similarly accurate for about half the cost. Not to mention the aftermarket support

FYI, some of these are marked down to $999 at europtics plus the $75 rebate. Some calibers have the shorter 20” threaded barrels and are the 16mm barrel profile compared to the 18mm contour on other fluted models.

bringing this post out again...i also picked one of these in 6.5 cm on sale in the last month. comes with a 5/8x24 adapter, but can't find the specs on the barrel thread itself?? anybody know?? looking to put a can on it and wondering if i can eliminate the adapter. thanks

Not sure what tikka would thread, not sure if they'd do 1/2x28 etc but I have no problem with adapters regardless.

My roughtech 300wm is factory threaded 5/8x24 fwiw.
