T3x super lite 6.5 prc issues

I just picked one up from euro optic, cleaned it, torqued everything back to spec. Shooting off a bench with a bipod and bag I can not get it to shoot under 1.3”. I tried 143 eldx, 147 eldm and 156 eol’s. Most the other groups were closer to 1.5”. Called beretta and they told me the sub moa test is with sako ammo so I ordered some. This is my first tikka but I have a few customs that shoot lights out. Any suggestions on anything else to try or check before I ship it back to tikka?

I may have found the issue, sifting thru the other forums i may have not seated the action to the lug correctly. I flipped it over after discovering this and will give it another go.
