Seriously considering T-mobile. My wife has been talking about for a while now. We pay about $260/month with 3 phones on Verizon. Will be adding a fourth in another year or two.

I live in middle Georgia and travel all over Southeast for PRS, etc. We have Tmobile and you will need satellite service whenever you are away from urban areas (in the Southeast).

I wish I could try it to determine how good coverage is. The prices are typically bs though. As an example, I have three lines through Verizon with a discount from my employer. 360 a month. Our phones were paid for in full the day we got them.

I recommend signing up for the Beta through July just to test a bit. After July will be $15.00 at account level. I tested in February when I took my son to NM on an Oryx hunt. We spent a couple days up in the mountains as well. The txting feature worked great.

I swore I’d never use t mobile ever again back ~ 20 years ago. They had a plan that stated I could cancel if I ever moved where they didn’t have service, they said all plans were grandfathered I’m so whatever plan you agreed to, you got to keep, even if the policies changed.

Well, I moved away somewhere that t mobile had no service, they didn’t honor my policy, t they basically said they grandfathered everything BUT that part of the plan. I was stuck paying for 6-7 months of their service when I couldn’t even use it. I signed up with them specifically for that feature and they didn’t honor it. Still makes me mad every time I see a t mobile sign.

Lining up with where we spend time, the TMobile map looks ok for some, iffy for others, and I would hate to switch to have worse coverage.

As stated above, You can try Tmobile on your current phone and provider for free 3 months, to see if the coverage works. You just need to download their Tmobile app and sign up, it will give you a Esim card that is basically a different number, and you can change back and forth between your current provider and that one, to see how the service compares. Ive been doing it on my Verizon phone for a few months now
