Seems like about every sporting goods store I walk into has the TC non-bonded 250s. Have you tried Sportsmans Warehouse?

As Picketpuncher says, they are a Hornady SST.

I shoot the yellow/black 250 grain combo exclusively in my TC Pro Hunter. As far as I know, the 'blue' bonded bullets are well, harder/bonded. I have shot the red tipped Hornady bullets for practice. Definitely have to put them in a black sabot with my gun for better groups. I believe the red/SST are softer than the yellow tips. You may need to buy the specific sabot that is best in your gun because all of these come with a variety of sabot.

All the whitetail I have shot with or friends have shot with the yellow/black combo have been pass-thru shots without much expansion at all unless hitting ribs or shoulders and I try to double-lung and avoid bone when I can.

I bought a couple packs in 2021 when I found them in-stock. Can't remember where now but if I do see them on the shelf, I will buy a box or two.

Here is some background that might be accurate: ML.com

Ox-Yoke has 200 and 300 grain on hand: Ox-Yoke
Sportsman's has the 300 grain: Sportsman's

You can also look at the Hornady SST Low-Drag or the Traditions Smackdown... all about the same bullet but you'll have to dig for the weight you want. I would be the Traditions are the most similar to the TC versions while the SST is well, an SST and you might get more messiness.
