This is a catch and release..... These bags have been used, and have some slight discoloration. I washed them in Dead Down Wind and Bleach when I received them, and all appear to be very clean, with no smells, but one of the bags has a 1 inch slit / gash. I do not have the pouch that would have originally come with them.
