A friend gave me a couple packs a some swhacker 125 2.25 inch cut and I don't know if I will have enough ke for a passthrough. I am shooting a VXR at 64 pounds with a 28 inch draw shooting a 460 grain arrow.

Is the question, 'will it pass thru?', 'what can you do?' or are you just peacocking some free BH?

I'd likely have similar concerns, but making sure the edges are very sharp and maybe some extra weight up front could help.

Momentum is more important than KE for a pass thru.

I bought some swackers but they such a bad wobble I never used them on an animal. One 1 of 3 spun well.

I shot 63# with a 29.5 draw / 420 grain arrow / 1.25 - 1.5" 3 blade expandables this season. Picked my arrow up on the back side of each deer (save 1). You'll be good for deer

I shot my muley with a very similar setup this year. Swhacker flew well and did it's job - very easy blood trail to follow.

Wouldn't want to use it on Elk though. I use fixed broadheads for Elk.
