UPDATE....got the Sightron 10x42....def better build quality than leupold. Comparable to swfa. Lens clarity on par with swfa hds/trij/even leupold 10x40 service scope.

no yet heard great things....People dont seem to get some companies are direct sales so the value is at least twice the price.

They are however made in the same factory just like trig /nf is made in the same as other so called high end scopes....there are only so many factories.

But they are made to different specs set by the company contracting through LOW. Just because they're made in the same factory doesn't mean anything really.

We now know that if you go to LOW and say, “can you build this scope with these features, and make it bombproof repeatable”?They say, “yeah we can do that, here ya go. This is ready to go, not a prototype”. Seems very few companies ask them to do that.

It’s not their fault. It happens with everything. Make it as cheap as possible and mark it up then market it with all the pointless features. Costs have to be cut somewhere.

Yeah, but that would cost them more.
Most scope sellers just ask what’s the cheapest you can do this for and factor in how many people actually shoot and know their shit and allow a percentage for replacements.
The blokes who know won’t buy them again after they sell the replacement, and these rip off merchants make bank
