SWFA SS vs Sightron scopes

For those that have owned both, what is your opinion on how they compare. Not the HD models because those are made at another factory. The non HDs are made at the same place as Sightron from what i can dig up. Pretty happy with the couple Sightrons i got but for $200 i had to grab a 10x42 MIL-Quad. At one time Sightron also offered a fixed SIII 10x42.

Well the glass is nicer than my S-TACs, love the reticle but the turret feel is no better. If anything its a tad more mushy/sloppy but feels like its getting better. Need to compare glass my 3-16x42 set on 10x side by side but its well worth $200.
