I just checked. Mine was also ordered on 1-03. Shipping notification email today with tracking. I bet you’re number is coming up.

I'm a 1/4 also and emailed last week. Was told no ETA. My credit card expired in April, so I'm hoping they call me like they said they would.

I’ll do that, hadn’t thought to attempt it. But I’m talking about the other thread where they wouldn’t let a guy do that for a backordered scope. Maybe if their product timeline was more reliable then credit cards expiring during long waits wouldn’t be an issue? Maybe if they hadn’t sold some of the last batch of 3-9’s at full price on eBay and fulfilled back orders instead I wouldn’t be bitching about it?

So instead of fulfilling discounted back orders they were selling them on eBay at full price?

They listed some on a shipment they got sometime back. Whether they meant to, or it was an automated process, who knows. I emailed them about it and it got taken down. I wouldn’t blame them, really poor business practice to offer the 3-9 at 30% off for so long imo. But still, it’s a practice they chose.

I hope they’ve been working with LOW on an updated product line and blow our skirts up with a modern moderately priced line of functional and highly reliable scopes. I’m just skeptical.

I bought a suppressor and had it approved faster than a backordered 3-9 was filled.

Filed Form 4 for a YHM R9 on 2/10, approved 8/20, 191 days.

Backordered SWFA 3-9 on 2/16, still waiting - 197 days and counting.

You have me beat.. mine was ordered 2/17 and have had a card expire and one get shutdown to theft in the mean time it’s a long wait for sure. This being my first SWFA I pray it’s all they are cracked up to be!
