I'd be shocked if there's variation. All the parts have to be interchangeable off whatever process is used for that part.Folks cool with the fact there probably is some variation but it’ll get you in the ball park?
I wouldn't have thought so either so I went back and looked again and realized my error in the numbers I was typing earlier, I got 3.14mm in 27mils (not 25.2mils, damn decimal place...I'd be shocked if there's variation. Okay let me knock out some batches so I can get a feel for time involved and such so I can figure out a price.
FYI, I am changing the half mil base to -9.5 cause I think that makes more sense in hindsight.
That's awesome, about time somebody did this.Initial batches I was having a cull factor with lettering not sticking well, I've made some tweaks and am printing the lettering second now. Its not as crisp but its printing more reliably and they are readable enough, I am just nitpicky on things. I may try a finer nozzle down the line but I don't have one on hand and folks are excited and reaching out already.
I will post a listing in the classifieds this afternoon when I have time to coordinate payment/shipping labels and I will link it here, please hold off an reaching out prior. Pricing will be $25 for the first set including shipping and additional sets can be added to the same shipment for $15ea.
I have some small boxes arriving tomorrow for shipping these out, I don't want to use bubble mailers incase the sorting system bends these.
