SWFA Gen 2 Fixed 6 - when??

I have one 6x and two 10x and like them all for steel and paper. Kind of a bulky scope for most of my hunting.

Just got a call about a backorder from over a year ago. Check it out

Thanks for sharing!

Some of us, me included, just saw our past version 6X value tank. These are great to see however.

This is the scope that every hunter needs that they don’t think they need.

No dicking around with “zoom”, glass that easily takes the shooter to well before and well past shooting light, easy eye box, no worries on a wandering zero, a top 2 reticle for killing animals…

Every hunter I know who has switched to one of these on their main hunting gun has become a better killer. From 30 yards in the woods to 600 yards across a canyon, point and kill easy button scope.

If only it had an eliminated reticle.
I’ve killed 4 coues deer now, a Great Dane sized animal that blends into terrain better than any animal you’ve seen, at nearly dark, with SWFA fixed 6 scopes.

Two at around 200 yards and two past 500 yards, steep elevated seated shots. An illuminated reticle would have done nothing but made the shot process and sight picture worse.

I’ve also killed countless whitetails in the heavy timber and dark swamps of Minnesota using these scopes.

I understand there are niche situations where an illuminated reticle may help, but for big game hunting and actually killing animals, an illuminated reticle almost always stuffs up the process and hinders instead of helping.

Just ordered two, sold me on the "Great Dane sized animal".... all my bucks fit that criteria.

Anyone been able to find out if SWFA will be having an Independence Day sale, as in the past?
