Swarovski warranty issues?

The same thing that makes everyone else who has issues with the alpha company warranties think it should be... it's because they spent BIG $$$$$ on them. So OF COURSE it should be all inclusive, LOL
Ohhh
How come 100k diesel pickups don’t come with an unconditional lifetime warranty.
Or a new house?

Stupid post but I'll answer it anyway.

Ah, perhaps because everyone understands and accepts the fact that anything made or designed by the hand of man CAN fail or have issues..... but that doesn't apply when it says Swarovski, Zeiss, Schmidt and Bender or Leica on it?

And, while I'm not up on diesel trucks because I don't need one, at one point you could purchase a lifetime warranty on RAM trucks.

You can call it however you see it I suppose, but the fact is Swarovski owns the alpha market and it isn't even close. They built their reputation on great optics, solid build, and outstanding customer service, something Zeiss and Leica (at least in the past) sucked at. Often times they will go above and beyond to take care of their customer in spite of what the warranty says, at least in Swaro' s case. Whether anyone likes it or not, Vortex is kicking everyone's asss these days and making them like it. I applaud a company that takes care of their customers like vortex does (read up on the Liberty Optics customer screwing that Vortex handled beautifully) They took Leupold's "lifetime no fault" warranty to a whole 'nother level, and now they own the market in spite of what those with VDS think.
