So far this is my experience with Swaro's service department.
1. Contacted them 5/31/24
- Issue being the armor on my NL Pure's splitting
- immediately received a shipping label
2. I Shipped them on on 6/4/24
3. Received by Swaro on 6/12/24
4. Free repair approved on 6/12/24
- They noted a small scratch on the left objective lens
5. I contacted them on 6/17/24 in regards to the scratched lens.
- Their customer service responded to me within 30 minutes of my call stating it was so insignificant that they couldn't really get a photo of the blemish
I am very impressed with not only their promptness but also the fact that everyone one I have talked to has been exceptionally kind. On a side note, they told me that all NL Pure repairs are now done state side as of this year and that the average turn time is 6-8 weeks. More to come.
