Swarovski Eyecups

I lost one rubber eye piece and the other is loose and falls of easily on Swaroviski EL 10x42's. Looking at replacements on their website it appears I have to buy the entire metal "eye cup" .
Any one else had this issue and is that my only option?
I am considering the winged eye caps but I believe I will still need the original round rubber eye pieces. Any input appreciated.

Had the same thing happen.

Call swarro. They sent me 2 new ones no charge.

I have one extra but I really want it around

I’ve got several swarro pieces. I’ve had to use their warranty several times. Fantastic experiences all around.

I’m prone to shot breaking however

Z5 lost turret cap. New one no charge
10x42 elr back pin came loose. Fixed NC
Then the range finder came loose... replaced all 4 lenses. New housing. New eye cups NC
85 objective started sticking. Fixed NC
Lost the rubber on my 60mm eye piece. Fixed NC
Lost an eye cup (don’t ask) on the 10x42 sent two new ones NC
65 atx locking button stuck........ wait til seasons over. Lol

Disclaimer I do hunt n scout a ton it’s used 90 days a year in the field. Or more

Yep. They work well but wear out. I’ve had to replace a few of them on different models. Always contacted Swarovski and gotten new ones for free.

Got it taken care of with great Swaro Customer Service. Big shout out to Doug at Cameralandny for his help in this. I will be a new customer soon!!
