I have a pair of SLC 10X42’S that I’m try to clean per Swarovskis directions. The right eyecup came unthreaded just fine but the left eyecup won’t unthread. It’s just twisting the entire ocular lens. Anybody ever had this issue? Is there a way to resolve it other than shipping it back to Swaro? If I have to ship it back, I assume it should be covered by warranty?

Not a pair of binos, but the eyecup on a swaro spotter I had was bound up. The Swaro CS gave me some info on how to clean it, but ultimately I had to send it back to them. It was covered under warranty, so I would assume your binos would be as well.
