Proud owner of two EL binos( 8.5x42 and 10x50). Love ‘em! Tha said, a 14x52 NL is awfully tempting.

Looking at the side by side in the video the NL isn't nearly as washed out as the EL. Obviously some of that could just be the lighting difference from the phone scope and I'm sure both are better than they look through the phone.
