Have you gotten that STC out yet? Any initial thoughts on it so far?

Yes, I've had it a couple weeks and so far there's much to like. As expected the glass seems fantastic and the size means a spotter in my pack more often for sure.
As soon as it warms up some I'll spend more time outdoors comparing the optics to my 65mm STS.

Bringing up an old thread but how did the STC compare to the STS

It keep up to the 65MM quite well and the packability was most appreciated. For my style of hunting the STC worked great and will continue to be in my pack.
