Appears to be a new product from Swarovski that is a 75mm objective weighing only 52oz which is essentially the same weight aa the ATS 65mm. Anybody get their hands on one of these?

This might be the end of my ATC haha

Obviously everyone’s needs are different, but this is more than 50% heavier than the ATC/STC. I still see them as covering two different niches in the market.

I played with one the other day, pretty impressive.

I am a straight spotter guy but have been trying to decide between a Sts and stx. I pulled the trigger and ordered one of these to take a look at it. I love my stc and am bummed they don’t make a straight though.

From the outdoorsman’s video digiscope images it seems like the endura might have a bit more clarity and contrast than the STS, but a bit more of a neutral color palette. Looking forward to seeing more side by side images, can’t really draw a conclusion from one video.

If that ends up being true I might be swapping my STC for one of these depending on how the STC does this season glassing for sheep, goat, and mule deer above treeline. I’ve always carried a 65 STM in the past but am taking a gamble on the STC this season. Hoping it gets me by but nice to have a new option if it doesn’t!

In a way you are correct, however the way I view it is that the performance of the 65mm ATS/STS is not all that much better than the ATC/STC to justify the weight penalty. Whereas if you can carry a 75mm scope that has comparable performance to the 80mm ATS/STS at the same weight as the 65mm, that would certainly justify the weight penalty over the ATC/STC. Just my opinion and to each their own.

For sure. If this thing can hang with the big guys while still being relatively light, it would be a solid pick for premium image without a big penalty on weight.

looks targeted towards hunters as opposed to the bird crowd who dont have weight limitations.
Now all they need is IS binos

Well crap. I was worried about the reach of my baby Kowa for an upcoming hunt and was debating on some 50-60 oz 65/66 models. Then Swaro makes a 52 oz 75mm. Ordered one this morning ha.

That said - anyone seen the EP diameter? I need a Mountain Mag adapter! I emailed them too.
