TBAC Ultra suppressors are pretty much the gold standard and what all others are compared to. If you want a suppressor and you can find a TBAC Gen2 Ultra 7 or 9 in stock, get your wallet out, tell the counter guy you want it and start the paperwork immediately.Wanting to pick up a suppressor for my 22-250 for coyote hunting, anyone use the TBAC ultra 7 or 9 if so would you recommend them. Why, I drop them just fine on a 3300 fps round and a 2950 fps round..Do you have suppressor experience? What are you trying to accomplish? You can't really drop decibels (dbs) on 4000 fps so get the one you think looks coolest or save the stamp for some other application.

Barrel length makes a big difference imho, my 16" ar is louder than my 24" 223 even though the 24" is way faster..I wasn't trying to step on toes, just asking questions and giving an opinionI run suppressed a majority of the time but usually not on my speed queens.

Good choice! The TBAC Ultra cans were great before and the new Gen2 version is even better yet. That's a win win in my books! The worst part will be the wait but it actually goes by faster than think.Selling a rifle to free up some funds, going with the 7
I would like to get one to use on my Browning HC with the weird metric threads but also use it on my Bergara with the standard threads. Guessing it would be best to just get an adaptor for the Browning? If so, any suggestions on which adaptor?
Also does the Ultra 7 significantly reduce recoil as well?
