Do I need to clean my can? It's a non-serviceable Banish Backcountry. I've heard some people clean them every couple hundred rounds and some don't ever touch them.

I don't know if you "need" to or not. I've seen TBAC recommend to weigh them new and then clean once they've added a couple ounces of carbon if you want. I've never cleaned one but don't have a ton of rounds on mine either.

The only can I have cleaned is my original SilencerCo SpecWar that had about 10,000 rounds of .223 and .300 BO through it.

Dropped it in my Harbor Freight ultrasonic cleaner that I filled with a cheap solvent and ran it through 20 cycles with heat. Pulled it out, shook it out, blew it out and let it sit overnight. Gave it a couple of good whacks with a rubber mallet to make sure there weren't any clinkers hanging out and put it back on my AR. Has another 2500 or so rounds through it now.
