Looking for the consensus opinion on best mount type as it pertains to accuracy. Looking into Hub 2.0 vs direct thread. The QD systems seem to cost more, which isn’t the end of the world especially after how much suppressors cost at this point. I see that a lot of bolt action guys run direct thread. I personally did see a Sandman with keymo on a custom bolt that doubled the group size. Still not a bad group but did have a negative overall effect.

This is what keeps me up at night. I just want the utmost in accuracy and ease of use switching between guns🤣

Gonna boil down to preference based on how you use it. Some guys buy one Can and use it on a bunch of guns, some put a Can on and never remove it. I prefer DT for less weight, less length, and fewer mating surfaces, but I can't own a Can for every rifle I have and these rifles are threaded in different patterns and I hate thread adapters so most likely I'll end up moving to the Area 419 hellfire system.

Definitely direct thread if accuracy is paramount. You shouldn’t see major POI shifts if using a quality QD system though
