Suppressor For AR-15

I am looking for recommendations on a suppressor for a AR-15 16" Barrel. Goal is max sound suppression and budget. I am looking at the Omege 300 for about $650. Is there anything better in that ballpark?

I’m a big fan of my omegas, but I’ve recently switched to a Witt machine 223 can.

I can’t tell a difference audibly, but there’s a difference in price and size as other Witt costs half as much and is half the length.

Yes 223/556

I would think you’d want a dedicated 556 can if you want sound suppression.
As mentioned, the OCL Polonium is a great option.

It's a compelling size and price for an AR in 556.

I don’t have any noticeable back pressure. Its on a 16” 1:7 556 rifle.

I’ve had great results from the b&t srbs 556. It’s a printed can, hub compatible, reduced blowback and full auto rated. I was able to pick one up without a qd attachment system for 499. I just added a Rearden hub to it and it’s good to go.

It was a battle hawk armory “blowout sale”. I signed up for their newsletter and the deal came to me in an email. Obviously it’s not their usual price, but felt like I couldn’t pass it up at that price. It’s been a great performer.
