Suppressor Cover

Looking for a cover for my TBAC Ultra 7. Is Cole-TAC the best or are there others to consider? I am not needing it for mirage, it’s going on a hunting rifle, and I want to keep it from getting all banged up.

Silicone tape is perfect for what you describe. Offers some mirage mitigation, but the main benefit is to keep you from getting burned and keep the can from getting beat up.

I received an Armageddon cover with my UL 7 as a promo Mile High Shooting had at the time. The first time at the range, the cover blew off and went 25 yards. It was not damaged but I cannot get it as tight as I want it to fit.

I have multiple Cole Tacs and really like them. I will buy more from them. Their three Velcro straps can be cinched down well.

I got an armagedon gear one. I have no problem with it. The only way it's blowing off is if you don't have it installed correctly. I've shot a few matches with it now and it's been great. Definitely makes a difference with mirage.

Mine dosent blow off, it slides back with recoil.

What is your weight for a scythe with and without fire sleeve?

I have a cole tac and 2 Precision underground covers. Both brands get the job done.

Another great one is Rauch Precision, and they don’t charge an arm and a leg.

Which is why you pull it past the back end of the suppressor and crank it down past the edge of the can to limit the travel. Glad someone's on the same page here!
