Do you think it was from wear on the crown that caused the accuracy to slip, then come back when it was cut? I have always wondered what was the most sensitive part of the barrel for wear. The chamber area, throat, rifling in the bore or the crown? I just have always thought the majority of wear would be where the bullet goes in (throat area) and where it comes out (crown)? I will never, ever, probably shoot one out in my life, I just like to learn. I guess I am asking what is the most sensitive area of the barrel for wear? Thanks
