Ok guys so my wife started taking this stuff called plexus a few months ago and she swears by it now. I was sceptical at first because of how it's sold. I used to work at a complete nutrition so I had a background in the supplement industry. I must say that since I've been trying it it has been working good for me. I like the fact that they offer you your money back if your not happy with it. She likes it so much she has got set up to sell it. Have any of you guys tried it or what supplements are you guys using on a daily basis?

Multivitamin
Fish Oils
Whey protein
Vitamin C in crystal form (on days that have particularly grueling workouts)

I stick with the multivitamin and whey protein after each workout so I can get a quick shot of protein. I'm always skeptical about supplements .

The plexus stuff I'm taking is all natural except for one ingredient. I don't know I've tried a lot of stuff. I got free stuff to try all the time at complete nutrition and most of it made me feel weird. So far with this it's been all good.

I've been hearing those are all good things to take. What about a pre workout drink or any fat burners?

I've tried Cellucor and no-Xplode and seemed to have mixed results. One day I felt it made a difference, the next not so much. So as of right now I'm saving my cash and spending my money on hunting gear till the off season where I might try some stuff out. I dont do fat burners, just hit cardio and try to eat the best I can. I try to do a modified Paleo style diet(the Whey kinda ruins the Paleo purity) and so far I feel great but have even cut below the weight I want to be. So i'm now eating much heavier portions to get that back.

ive tried quite a few pre workouts over the years and had ok results. what theyre no good for is my workouts that entail a naturally high HR. like running hills. i felt like i might die. but after a long day i needed something so ive been drinking a sugar free rockstar or xyience and eating a banana. been doing this about 6months now.

supplements, i take whey protein and occasionally casein protein. also when i remember i take supercissus or glucosamine.

Glutamine, fish oil, vitamin C and protein are about it. I love pre-workout but haven't used it in about 6 months.

Hey guys this guy is just trying to sell his product. Same story but this is on AT

Spells sceptical wrong. It's also in the health section

As far as supplements for daily use, I take MSM/Glucosamine, multivitamin, and CoQ10.

After a long run, (2 hours or longer), I try and take in protein within 15 minutes after completion. Eggs, smoothie w/whey protein or chocolate milk are my go to's.

Don't take anything to lose weight or I would be a skeleton.

Multivitamin, D3, and Fish Oil are my essentials.. Nothing else really matters

When I'm on a diet like I am now I take Calcium because I don't get it from food..

I also off and on take Garlic pills (overall health and immunity), Red Yeast with/CoQ (for my cholesterol), Milk Thistle (helps when on a heavy protein diet), natural diet pill (1/3 raspberry keytones, 1/3 green coffee beans, 1/3 green tea), and Emergen-C Joint Health's (whenever I'm running alot)

I drink whey shakes but I don't really count them as supplements, more like food ;)
