Need 4 ingredients. Small corn tortillas, 1.5 pounds of ground venison, hot peanut oil, and garlic salt. Pat out berger to about .25" thickness on one half of tortilla, cover with garlic salt. Fry till shell gets soft and fold over. Brown both sides and serve with refrieds, cheese, lettuce, sour cream or whatever. Great for leftovers too. Pics to help.
