I don't like the taste of sucralose.
And I don't really think artificial sweeteners are a good idea.

But... nearly all supplements contain sucralose.

Should I be concerned?
Do supplements (protein, BCAAs, etc) exist without it?

Agreed, I also hate the sugar alcohols that are usually found in them as well. look at Transparent Labs. I have several of their products and been using them for about 4 plus years.

I buy ascent protein at Costco. It has stevia for a sweetener and no Sucralose. A lot cheaper than some of the high end stuff on line.

Transparent labs has stevia. I'd rather not have that either...
(but is stevia okay??)

The dose makes the poison in all thing related to nutrition.

Each person is also going to have to determine what degree they're comfortable with that dose, too.

For example, there's a fairly sizable body of evidence that would suggest all of them are "okay" in the appropriate dose. For some, that's still not going to be ok- be it a perceived risk of X disease, gut microbiome alterations, etc- true or not.

What side of that coin a person wants to live on is going to vary greatly.

You're likely going to be committed to two things if your level of comfortability is low/zero:
(1) Something like this beef isolate.
(2) Food.

If at all possible I’d avoid or minimize sucralose, I know for me personally it doesn’t digest well and causes gas and discomfort.
