Sub 5.5 lb rifle that comes with adjustable stock in .270?

I was gonna say Sako 90 Adventure, but it is heavier at 6.6 lb. Or maybe the Sako 90 Peak at 5.6 lb but it is more costly.

Go find a used tikka in 270, cut and thread it, put an echelon stock on it. Done, and for way less than 2.5k.
No need to lighten the action to hit your target weight.

6.5PRC and 270 are ballistic twins at all hunting distances, so go with what you know. Although, a 5.5lb bare rifle(probably closer to 7.5lbs after scope and suppressor) 270 is going to have a good bit of recoil. Probably be very difficult to stay in the scope on a shot.
This is the way. I built a 270 like this for a customer with similar objectives and it was enjoyable/effective. Bastion a good choice too.
