Strong mount?

Due to my bench height and my being a skinflint as well as a fabricator at one point in my life I made my own that’s about halfway between nothing and the factory one in height.

I have my press on one of those mounts and it’s very solid. Gets everything at a good level to stand or lean on a bar stool while loading.

the inline fabrication mounts are great. the factory dillon one on my xl750 is marginal and has more flex than i'd really like.

Yes, they are worth having. Nice to add on additional organization as well. I have die holders and the case ejector bins mounted to mine.

I'm limited on space and i've been thinking about adding T tracks to my bench. Getting one of these to mount my press helps elevate it for standing plus being able to quickly store / deploy.

YES! I went with the Lyman version when I set up the new reloading room a few years back, and it's fantastic. It is brutally strong, never moves an inch, and puts the press at the perfect height when you're sitting on a regular barstool. The handle on my RCBS press doesn't hit your leg if you're sitting right in front, so you can get very close to the action to see what you're doing. As others mentioned, you can also stand when you're doing more monotonous tasks like resizing or belling case mouths. Really takes away the fatigue.

Go for it immediately! You will not regret the decision.
