String/knock look wrong

I recently picked up a PSE razorback to see if I would like the traditional archery thing and maybe shoot some rabbits and grouse. When I string it up like the instructions say with the larger loop on the top limb and smaller loop on the bottom the serving and knock point look way low, almost like it's upside down? Am I missing something or is the eyes on the string just backwards

They put the nocking point on the string wrong. A pair of nock pliers and a bow square will get the nock back where it belongs.

Nocking point is wrong. Determine relative nock height after you put a rest on it, and the string has stretched a bit.
Use a narrow piece of duct tape for nock point-those brass nock points have a tendency to be hard on string servng if not installed correctly, and until string is stretched and you have tuned shafts there is no point in a permanent nock set, as you may be moving the nocking point a few times to tune.
Once you have your rig tuned, write down your brace height and nock height numbers somewhere so when you get new strings you have a baseline to start from.

Using a set of nock pliers and gently squeeze using the tip of the jaws to pop apart where one end of the nock joins the other.
If that's unclear let me know and I'll post a couple of photos.

You can tie in a new nock using a length of serving, when done correctly this can be fine tuned by screwing in up or down on the serving.

Thanks it makes sense. I got the brace height correct just need to do the nock and get some arrows and start shooting it
