Could them cowboys been packing 40 S&Ws???Not sure when they closed off the area to vehicles but the 40 hasent been around that long. Thanks for posting, makes you want to see the other 6 at least.If you found that marker,you probably weren't too far from this 1 either. I believe that area was a hot bed for elk camps back in the day before they closed off access to vehicles, also a lot of cowboys pushing cattle through there.
