Have not seen anything posted on these guys, so will post some info. Was looking for a cylinder stove for my new setup. I had a small kifaru box stove for my supertarp and it just wasn’t big enough to do much. You continually had to stoke it. After checking on various options I decided on the 18 inch stove from LiteOutdoors. So far very impressed. I ordered on the 4th and received on the 8th. Selling points for me.
1. A large door opening. This simply allows larger wood in the stove so a longer burn.
2. It offers a baffle to moderate efficiency if wanted.
3. It is very lite for an 18 inch stove. 2 pounds 8oz with 8 ft pipe
4. It is very well thought out and crafted down to the four small screw in legs that are angled for support.
Have not burned it yet and will do so when the new tipi arrives. Just another option we have
