I have spent the last couple of years hunting Colorado during muzzleloader season. I have a Soto Windmaster stove that I have always used and has served me well.
I'm hoping to hunt first rifle next year so my question pertains to that or really just rifle/late season hunt.
Does anyone have recommendations or can help educate me on what type of stove works best late season?
I've been looking at an MSR Windburner and WhisperLite Universal Stove. I've read canisters can have some issues in cold weather so I wasn't sure if something like the WhisperLite makes more sense since you can invert canisters or use white fuel.
Any advice is much appreciated.
