I have a Stone Sheep hunt with Big Nine outfitters scheduled for 2026. I am looking for someone to take my place. Happy to discuss more details with serious inquires only. I am not looking to sell my position at a premium, I would just like to recover my original deposit. Please, no questions about the cost of the hunt. There is no pricing on their website for stone sheep.....only additional trophy fees for moose, goat, etc.

I know the lower end stone sheep outfitters charged $85K for cancellation hunts that went off this year. And the higher end (prophet muskwa, etc) were around $125K. Again those were for hunts in 2024. Assuming Big 9 is on the high end, and being 2026, probably $135K or more?

I looked at a price sheet from Big 9 a few years ago, it was basically double the cost of some of the lower end outfits Is 2029 going to be the year of the first $200k stone sheep hunt for the average Joe Blow trying to finish out a slam?

I say average because the best stone hunts aren't really actually available on the market per se and the guys that are doing those have high 8 figure/9 figure net worth.
