Read that the Chinook merino hoody has a purple tint to it? Is this true? Thank you

They have the Tarmac which is a dark tan / brown.

Then they have the Granite Grey.

Pic is of both colors I have.

To answer your question - yes - the granite grey has a slight purple tinge. Especially in the stitching
