On a recommendation from a fellow hunters Alaskan experience,
I bought the M5 set for a 23 NZ hunt
Basically wore the pants all day, everyday and the jacket as needed
We did quite a lot climbing and brush busting while tahr hunting.
Their matagouri bush is quite thorny.
The climbing was steep at times, so there were lots of knees in-the-dirt and rock moments
Durability for me was excellent. Beyond my expectations really
Hunted in foggy, misty conditions, as well as pure rain.
Walked and climbed in a lot of waist high grass, but stayed dry under the SG system
I will add that there is probably some rain gear that breaths better
(during one particular climb I did sweat out a bit)
Overall, my experiences on that trip and in occasional use since then have been very positive.
Just returned from a BC bear hunt, damn glad I had them, but actually never had to pull them out of my pack

Hope this helps
