I ordered a Cirque jacket direct from SG, it shipped and I tracked it making it's way across Montana and into Idaho. It was in Boise yesterday and scheduled to be delivered last night. It never showed up and I checked the tracking this morning and now it's in Vegas, if I ever get it I'll post my thoughts on it.
I feel your pain seems like half my shipments lately the tracking has been all over the place and end up being late!

anybody finding the cut on the SG Grumman vest a little awkward? I ordered a medium and up top it fits great, but the torso seems long and due to the v-shape it cinches at the hips. Maybe my torso is just too short.

I was really hoping they were going to update the color on the Grumman and make it one solid color. Not a big fan of the two tone.

Ok, perhaps a silly question on the cirque jacket. What else out there is comparable? I see the Patagonia das parka is 133 gsm—I assume that isn’t a coincidence. The jacket I’m liking to replace is actually this cheap gem, which is 140 gsm. (Side note, I have it in light gray and it is awesome for the price i paid, something like $30.) Anything else out there that is comparable in weight?

Cirque came in today. I'm 5'10" 185 lbs and a large fits me pretty well. There's enough room for a 260 fleece under it but barely enough. Sleeve length is good and the cuffs are nice and snug without being tight. The tail is longer than I expected but in a good way, still provides good coverage when you bend over or when sitting.

The hood fits great when it's up and the front zips up to about my lower lip. When the hood is down, the collar wings are kinda big and floppy, maybe it won't be a real problem in the field but it's pretty annoying at first. Not sure about the warmth but it was good walking around outside for a little bit with a t-shirt on under it at about 25 degrees and no wind.

anyone get the enduro hoody yet?
yes - poly baselayer cut exactly the same at their fleece for hood, length, sleeves etc. I ran in mine yesterday. I'd hesistate to give any feedback on it based on such minimal use, just fit and impressions like the Cirque.

any further update on the enduro hoody? Hows it compare to the Sitka core LT weight hoody? Although the sitka core lt wieght has the polygiene odor control I find it to smell basically after one day. Maybe i'm just a stinky f**ker.

Wondering also about similar products, I’m kinda down to the cirque or a Kuiu Keani. I really like the Sitka kelvin active but I can’t get it in a solid

I just got the Cirque and I have a really old Kenai, so far I like the Cirque better but I don't have any experience with the newest gen Kenai.

I’ve ran in it, not much for feedback besides that, just not enough use yet. I haven’t used the Sitka core lw so can’t help there, sorry. I have used the previous gen core lw polygiene treated stuff, and I agree, I could stink it up in a day.

For the guys wondering about what the cirque jacket compares to - my earlier post covers that a good bit. For those comparing to Kenai - insulation is greater in the SG piece, not body mapped, and the Toray face fabric on the Kenai seems more breathable (ie higher cfm rating). I don’t know that for sure, basing that on wind resistance. Now I totally don’t know for sure, but this sure seems like what they might have used based on the description: https://pertex.com/equilibrium-2/

What I do know and will emphasize again since there’s the comparison questions: this jacket is warmer than a lot of the hunting companies are doing for synthetics. Not mapped and more insulation than the uncompahgre puffys, can’t remember if I made that comparison earlier.

Gonna order an Enduro hoody once they show up with some other retailers with free shipping and site discount codes. Can't stomach the 16$ shipping for a 9oz hoody lol. Would like to see how it compares vs the gila and core lightweight

I will say Stone Glaciers customer service is outstanding. I have had several calls with them and always helpful and pleasant to talk to. My latest one was 2 days ago I found a small hole in my helio hoody that I had received a week prior. I told him I took tags off and have worn it around house. He said I’ll ship you a brand new one with a return shipping label. Once you get your new one just ship the old one back. It was easy and painless and makes for a happy customer.

I’ll echo that on the customer service. Multiple times they have sent me things, such as a replacement stuff sack or strap, for no charge. I’ve purchased items from all the popular brands on this site, and there hasn’t been an experience better than SG. I joined their black label last year for that reason alone.
