I have an SML that weighs about 426lbs. What are the best and most cost effective stocks to lighten it up and still not sacrifice the long range accuracy? Almost everything now seems to have DBM and I would think an ADL or BDL stock with a single shot follower would make more sense.

TIA

You can get stocks in bdl, however the m5 seems to be more common. The m5 can be used just like a traditional bdl style, it's just cut out a little different. You may need a mag box insert tho.

Stockys fit nice, at least for me. My friend picked up a greyboe recently it seems like a good one.

Pretty soon people will jump on here saying get a Rokstock, they are light and feel nice. It all comes down to what is offered for your rifle and what are you doing with it.
