Sticker in Sitka Hat Bag

I bought a new hat from Sitka. Inside the bag was this sticker (see pic). I am wondering what this is for or if anyone else has seen this. thx.

Its for mold prevention. Same purpose as those bags you find in packaging to absorb any dampness.
I’m not sure if the sticker does anything or its a indication that certain steps have been taken to keep mold out of the produc.

I cannot find any information to support this. Does anyone else have an opinion on why this sticker is in every bag?
