Steiner HX 15x

Good morning. I was wondering if anyone had experience with the Steiner hx and/or could advise how they may compare to others such as the Maven C4’s or Athlon Cronus 15x? Thanks

I've never seen a Maven, however, in a side by side with The Athlon the Steiner is superior both optically and quality of finish.

How does the Steiner rate against the Vortex Kaibab?

As we do not carry Vortex I have not done a side by side.

The only other one that I'd say is worth considering along with the Steiner HX 15x56 would be the Leupold BX-5 Santiam HD 15x56mm, however, IMO the Steiner is extremely close optically and considerably less $$$

When I was looking for a middle of the road 15x I set up the Sig, leupold, Steiner, and vortex side by side on tripods and settled on the leupold. I am now attempting to sell my leupolds for swaros, Zeiss or Leica. But they are great glass for the money.
