Looking for reviews and opinions from anyone who's actually shot them. Looking at the 100 gr.

Ok did I say something wrong asking for opinions on these broadheads? The name is in the title.

Not sure if the ones I had were called phatheads or not. Anyways, they were steelforce single bevel, 2 blade, cut on contact, 225 grain. They shot and grouped well. The problem was, they were coming apart shooting them into my block target. I was never confident enough in them to use during hunting season. 7147A71E-EC5E-4F0E-9DE9-FCE8E93675FB.jpeg7147A71E-EC5E-4F0E-9DE9-FCE8E93675FB.jpeg

I like the 150's, the steel ferrule is bullet proof. Main blade is easy for me to sharpen. But both animals I have shot with them did not leave hardly any blood trail. However, they both dropped within 50 yards.

I have no idea what happened with that. I think that I may have pocket responded? I haven't been drinking and I don't remember ever responding to this thread. I don't think you'll have any issues with that head.

I shot the phathead many years ago, I never ended up killing anything with them but they flew well during my testing and should perform just fine on game.

i've shot the 100gr and 125gr and killed 3 bulls with them. all died in under 60 yds. they are good broadheads and fly pretty good. you will likely need to touch up the main blade and bleeders out of the package. most of the time they are razor sharp, but some need a little love. great head and i still shoot them. pretty much the same as an iron will, but the price point is much more reasonable.
