They use to have the info on the listing, but I’m sure since they got out of the hunting space it might not be as obvious to find. The alpine ops parka is the one I’m taking about, and it’s 800 fill goose down, with thicker denier wind resistant shell. UA called it the UA storm shell. They have a more mild casual down as well.
It had the down pants as a part of the whole system. For the purpose of this forum I’m just talking about the jacket. They were made to go with each other and seal body heat in. Unfortunately they were becoming a hated company by then, and I don’t think many people lined up to do independent reviews.
Not to get too far off topic but does anyone have experience with the deep freeze stuff?

I ordered a set. They are warm. In 30° snowing weather it was almost too warm for anything but sitting. Didn't seem to soak up too much...
As for have I tried others, yeah. I have a ton of down jackets, most not by hunting brands. Not all are set up for stationary glassing at 0 degrees. I’d say the most comparable to the UA (that I have anyways) is the Rab Positron pro.
I‘m fixing to try out the feather friends volant in a year or so for a winter sierra climb as it came recommended to me by a guide.
