State / Outfitter for multiple deer?

I am wanting to go shoot a buck (not looking to break any records just a fair whitetail buck) and possibly a couple does. I live in Utah and am willing to travel a ways but not clear across the country. Preferably Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, The Dakotas, even Wyoming or Colorado? What’s your thoughts on somebody more familiar with whitetail than me? I’m looking for state preference and even an outfitter if you’ve done it and have one you liked. I don’t need my ass powdered every morning, I can handle my own down to the gutting and gilling. Thanks.

Go to a TX ranch, do a management hunt. Probably give you a decent buck and a couple does and maybe pig or two as a package hunt.
