Spypoint not sending full length videos

I have two Spypoint flex-m cameras. They both stopped sending full length videos at the same time. I’ll get the preview and maybe the full length sometimes a week later but usually not at all. Cell service is fine in the area. Customer service with them is garbage. Has anyone else had this issue?

I have 2/32 of my spypoints that have issues sending me videos. I suspect its because I have memory cards the cameras dont like. I need to go swap memory cards and do a power cycle and see if that solves the issue

Another vote for the SD cards. Also, make sure the firmware is the newest version.
