Spring Bear Idaho Lit Nocks

I have a bear hunt mid May in Idaho. I know that they recently voted in to allow the use of lit nocks. Will this be in effect for bear season or is it being held until the fall season? Google did not have many recent articles on this.

It looks like under the new 2022 Regs, they don't go into effect until July 1st. It's on page 6, Under what's new for 2022.
