I just wanted to tip my hat to Spott Hogg and their customer service team. I've had the same Fast Eddie XL since they came out, and during the season I noticed dialing the sight had become more difficult. It turns out that an o-ring had broken in the dial components, it didn't affect my accuracy or anything it just wasn't as smooth. I also had a screw fall out of the purple "cap" on my Wiseguy release about 4 years ago didn't affect anything, but I figured I would send it in with the sight to get it replaced as long as I was shipping the sight.

They did right by me and my sight and release seem "as new". They also changed the pin configuration for me for $20. I just have to give them credit so figured I would but this out onto Rokslide world. I know their sights are heavy and there are newer options that seem sexy to me, but that sight never let me down and the company backed their product.

Totally agree! Just got my 10 year old Hoggfather back from a tune up. They even threw in new sight tapes when they shipped it back.

In construction we always here from vendors Service, Quality, and Price....you can have two of these three things, but not all three.

With their price on USA made sights pretty much on par with everyone else I'd say they're is close to perfect on there business model.

When it comes to archery, my personal pref. Is to pay for Service and Quality....love the peace of mind. Would never doubt a SH.

I guess the best thing I can say about SH CS is that I never have had use us it. Lost track of how many sights if theirs I have owned over the years.
