Spot Hogg Warranty experiences

Hello all,
Grinder 5 pin broke today. Wondering what experiences folks have had with making warranty claims through spot Hogg. I can return to Cabela’s if need be but wanted to gather some info first.

Any input is appreciated. Time is ticking and I don’t want to be sidelined for weeks waiting on the replacement part to arrive.

Call them and talk to Keith or John. They'll give you an RA number. They'll have it out within 3 days of receiving it if not sooner. Their customer service is top notch.
 
That is comforting. Can’t afford to be waiting. Prep for whitetail and elk hunt must continue

Echo all above. Top notch. Just make sure to send all components so they can do an assessment of all parts.
 
It’ll be quick and painless. Personally I’ll shuck out the cash to expedite shipping. Being broke down for a few days sucks especially this close to season. Don’t sit out though, get up close and blank bale. One of the best things you can do for your shooting and would Be a great time to do it.

Only experience I had had with customer service through them was a release. They sent it back to me completely refurbished and even had a new cord and leather strap with it. This was several years ago. I don't think they even include the straps with them anymore. But I was pleased with the experience.


However if you can take it to Cabela's and have another sight same day, that's probably what I would do. But if you will need to ship it, I'd deal with spot Hogg.
 
Call John and they are mailing me a replacement n questions asked. Awesome
